Delivery,Set Up & Take Down Service
Don’t Fancy Doing it Yourself?
We offer a complete delivery, set up & take down service. We can deliver all our hire items directly to your venue for you to set out yourself, or we can set them out for you along with any items provided by yourself by pre-arrangement.
We charge by number of staff required & the time we expect it to take, this is a fixed cost so if it takes us longer than expected you will not be charged any extra.
Our delivery costs are worked out on a per mile cost from our showroom and is based on a return journey.
We offer a full styling service, which includes design, decoration items and our styling team take care of the setup and take down.

Our staff can set up anything from ceiling decor & backdrops to aisle carpets, trees & centrepieces. We are always respectful of the venue we are working in & always leave the area as we found it. RCT Wedding Decor Hire has 10 million pound public liability insurance and all of our electrical items are PAT tested (Electrical safety).
